Yes. Any engineer working on gas appliances in your home is Gas Safe registered, and you're welcome to check the ID card on arrival.
Turn off the stopcock — usually under the kitchen sink — then switch off the electrics if water is near them, and call us. Getting the water off first limits the damage far more than anything else.
Turn off the gas supply if it's safe to do so, open windows, avoid electrical switches, and contact the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately.
Yes. We replace, reposition and upgrade radiators, and balance the system afterwards for better heat distribution.
Yes. We support light commercial heating, gas maintenance and planned property maintenance requirements.
Yes — parts and labour are guaranteed in writing and we're fully insured. If something we fixed plays up again, we come back.
